We were driving from Milwaukee to Flagstaff and decided to stop for the night in Glenwood Springs. As we pulled into the hotel, our car's warning lights lit up like a Christmas tree (it was Christmas night - but it was not ok). Our ABS, VSC, Brake, and skid lights all came on. I left a message at Jim's and they called me back as soon as they opened. We were worried about the car and the mechanic - out of state plates on a holiday are certainly an easy target. Everyone we talked to and worked with were empathetic and welcoming and as we waited for the verdict we felt more and more trusting about getting an honest assessment. When they came back and said "it is just a sensor and we can fix it if you want, but if you want to get on the road you can do that safely as long as you don't mind driving with the lights coming on". There was no charge, we were on our way, and so grateful to everyone at Jim's!!! Can't beat honesty and professionalism!

I brought my GMC in for A/C work... I dropped by truck off for service a few days before the appointment. They had no problem with me bringing it in early and leaving it. They were able to get my truck in for service before its scheduled appointment time. They diagnosed my truck and fixed the issues. They kept me informed as to what they were doing and how much it would be. Fantastic service, very helpful, and great communication. They are now my go-to auto shop. I highly recommend them.
